Location: Toronto (Hybrid), Contract **ONLY T4**

The Project: Next-Gen Digital Twin & 3D Research

Forget the standard "CRUD" dashboard. We aren't building another basic admin panel. We’re deep in a research initiative to build a context-aware UI that actually thinks—a system that generates role-specific interfaces in real-time based on what’s happening on a construction site.

We need a Front End Developer who is obsessed with the intersection of 3D space and data. You’ll be building the tech that will be showcased on the global stage at TechX and Autodesk University 2026.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Bridging the 2D/3D Gap: You’ll be integrating 3D building viewers (think APS/Tandem) with interactive knowledge graphs. When you click a data point, the 3D model reacts.
• Visualizing the Invisible: You’ll build heat map overlays for thermal sensors and time-series charts for real-time site data.
• Breaking the Grid: We’re moving toward "agentic" workflows. You’ll be building modular components that flex and adapt depending on who is logged in—whether it’s a Safety Manager or the Lead Architect.

The "Must-Haves" (Be honest here!):

If your React skills are top-tier but you’ve never touched 3D rendering, this likely isn't the one for you. We specifically need:

• React & TypeScript: You should be able to build modular, bulletproof components in your sleep.
• WebGL/3D Experience: If you’ve worked with Three.js, APS/Forge, or similar 3D web viewers, we want to talk.
• Data Viz Nerdery: You know your way around D3.js, Recharts, or High Charts and know how to make complex data look clean.
• Tablet-First Thinking: Much of this lives on iPads in the field, so responsive design isn't an afterthought—it's the priority.
