Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines while driving DevOps best practices across teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in modern cloud and microservices environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Lead DevOps initiatives and mentor team members to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (Azure, AWS, or OpenShift)
- Collaborate with development teams to support microservices architecture and ensure seamless deployment processes
- Optimize system performance with a strong understanding of scalability, concurrency, caching, and distributed systems
- Work with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka for reliable data flow
- Manage and optimize databases including SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement and iterative development
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation
- Strong programming skills in Python, Groovy, or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and frameworks such as Spring and Maven
- Proven experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or OpenShift)
- Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, and distributed systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment
