We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in data centre and fit-out projects to lead end-to-end project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex, high-value projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, procurement, construction through to commissioning and handover
  • Manage multiple data centre and/or commercial fit-out projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes

Data Centre & Technical Oversight

  • Oversee mission-critical systems including MEP, HVAC, power, cooling, and redundancy systems (Tier standards preferred)
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with data centre requirements
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications

Fit-Out Delivery

  • Manage interior fit-out works including office, commercial, or technical spaces within data centre environments
  • Coordinate design, space planning, and construction activities to meet client expectations
  • Ensure high-quality finishes and timely delivery

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Review and administer contracts, variations, and claims
  • Work closely with QS/commercial teams on procurement and cost management

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Implement QA/QC processes and conduct site inspections
  • Drive best practices in project governance and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience in construction
  • Proven experience in data centre projects (mission-critical environments)
  • Strong experience in commercial fit-out / interior works
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and technical coordination
  • Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and project controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
