What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and oversee complex Agile projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile values
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Mentor and guide project teams on best practices in Agile planning, execution, and delivery
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum framework roles, ceremonies, artifacts, values, and principles
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and identify and remove impediments
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with Product Owners, business, and leadership
• Experience in tracking sprint metrics, velocity, and commitments vs. delivery
