Role Description  

We are hiring a Web3 Capital & Portfolio Associate for a full-time remote position based in the USA. This role focuses on capital allocation, portfolio management, and investment research within the Web3 and digital asset space. The position involves supporting the team in managing Web3 investments, conducting market and company research, and providing insights into emerging opportunities in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized technologies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is passionate about Web3 ecosystems, and is excited about identifying and managing investment opportunities in cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities  

• Conduct research on Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and decentralized technology investment opportunities  

• Support the analysis and management of investment portfolios, including assessing market trends and identifying emerging projects  

• Assist in developing investment theses and strategies for Web3 and digital asset portfolios  

• Perform financial modeling and valuation of Web3 projects, DeFi protocols, and blockchain startups  

• Track the performance of existing investments and provide regular reporting and updates to the team  

• Collaborate with team members to evaluate new Web3 startups, projects, and token investments  

• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space  

• Build relationships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem, including founders, investors, and thought leaders  

Qualifications  

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, Web3, and decentralized technologies  

• Solid understanding of blockchain, DeFi protocols, NFTs, and the digital asset investment landscape  

• Experience with financial modeling, valuation, or investment analysis in the Web3 or tech sectors is a plus  

• Ability to analyze market trends, project fundamentals, and identify emerging investment opportunities  

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills  

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment

Compensation  

Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience.  

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
