Your Role

As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) for KN’s digital Workplace, you’ll play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing and managing various digital projects. Your responsibilities will span from planning to execution, ensuring the smooth operation of initiatives that impact our customers, partners, and internal teams. If you’re tech-savvy, methodical, and passionate about achieving business goals through technology, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: You’ll be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from scoping requirements, planning to delivering successful outcomes.
  • You will execute all dimensions of project management, like time, scope and cost management, stakeholder management, risk management, quality assurance or project documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects, including Proof of Concepts and adoption campaigns.
  • Innovation: Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Expert knowledge of project management and agile methodologies, ideally several years of experience as a project manager.
  • Experienced in leading distributed and multicultural teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Continuous learner with passion for digital transformation.
  • You optimally have some experience with Cloud or GenAI solutions.
  • Proficiency in English both in writing and speaking.
