Junior Business Analyst (All projects, Global)

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst. The main responsibility of this role is to support business process analysis, documentation, and system improvements across departments.

What will be the main responsibilities ?

• Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders
• Document functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare instructions and process/tools descriptions
• Maintain structured and up-to-date documentation
• Support the creation of technical tasks for Data Analytics, Data Engineers, and Development teams
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Map workflows (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Support automation initiatives
• Participate in cross-team process discussions
• Communicate clarifications between business users and technical teams
• Participate in meetings and prepare summaries
• Follow up on task progress and status updates
  
  

Requirements

What skills and experience are considered necessary?

• Basic understanding of business analysis principles
• Ability to structure and document information clearly
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of:
• Process mapping
• Requirements documentation
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  
  

Skills that would be "nice to have":

• Basic experience or exposure to AI-driven automation tools and workflows
• Familiarity with no-code / low-code platforms for process automation or workflow configuration
