IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in managing software development projects with a proven 5+ year track record in project delivery
• Strong in Agile principles and practices applied within software development environments
• Experienced in working within ML and Data Science environments and understanding their delivery specifics
• Confident with Scope, Schedule, Risk, Cost, and Stakeholder management across complex projects
• Skilled in project and program management methodologies with solid awareness of current IT industry trends
• Experienced in managing fixed-price projects while ensuring delivery within predefined scope, budget, and timeline
• Capable of identifying, assessing, and effectively managing scope-related risks
• Proficient in professional English communication at an upper‐intermediate level or higher
• Excellent in negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution across diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong in demonstrating high ownership and accountability for project outcomes
• Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe frameworks (nice to have)
