🗣️ We are on the lookout for a Technical Coordinator Level 1 to join Snowborn Games, one of our amazing game studio based in Stockholm with an ambition to create entertaining, high-quality slot games and slot technology with special emphasis on lightning-fast games, easy customization and top-notch playability.

As a Technical Coordinator Level 1, you will manage various parts of the project to ensure its success and timelines. This role is an full time onsite role based in our Tallinn office.

Responsibilities

🤝 What you'll do :

Develop Project Plan and Schedule

• Ensures that the project constraints and scope are identified, documented, base lined and agreed by all relevant stakeholders and team members and manages to this scope
• Create Project Roadmaps and develop accurate project plans
• Negotiates and agrees high level participation of relevant resources in the areas affected by project
• Collates and lists all project risks, issues and dependency reports, in the agreed manner with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensures a mitigation plan and owner is in place, if required by stakeholders
• Keeps track of and maintains all change requests as per team standards ensuring that each change request has an impact analysis attached to enable the stakeholders to make an informed decision as to where to implement or not, with respective approvals
  
  
  

Manage Projects

• Updates the relevant Stakeholders on the status of the project as per team standards
• Takes appropriate corrective action to ensure that the project schedule and scope are met
• Collects project metrics as per team standards and stakeholder requests
• Analyses, prioritizes and escalates operational issues on a daily basis with Direct Manager
• Follows up to ensure the resolution of operational issues
• Keeps all records of project dates and plans from Testing start
  
  
  

Facilitate Project Deployment

• Negotiates deployment dates with external dependencies
• Monitors the deployment process and ensure that the project is successfully finished
  
  
  

Facilitate Process Improvement

• Proactively learns products and processes and shares knowledge with team members
  
  
  

Manage Stakeholder Relationships

• Keeps records of communication with stakeholders as per team standards
• Serves as the first point of contact for internal and external parties
• Is responsible for organizing meetings and ensures that meetings are prepared for and ensures that meeting notes are taken if required
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Capable of identifying issues and assigning to the appropriate team to seek resolution and follow up when necessary.
  
  
  

Qualifications

🔍 What we expect from you :

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• 1-2 years of Project Coordination experience within a software & IT Environment
• Fluent in Spoken and written English with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Well knowledgeable of SDLC
• Experience in using Confluence and Jira is a plus
