Role Overview & Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining system and network availability
• Managing the system installation, including software and hardware.
• Performing tests, troubleshooting, and fixing the issue within a stipulated time.
• Implementing system security and data recovery plans.
• Training, transferring knowledge, and supporting his coordinates during crises.
• Supporting the internal audit team to maintain the documentation and evidence.
• Collaborating with other departments and understanding operational requirements
• Minimizing end user escalation and maintaining SLA requirements.
• Delegating tasks and supporting operations without any escalations.
• Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
• Exploring new innovation, process automation, and innovation.
• Maintaining data center and cloud requirements.
• System patching and backup process validation.
• Responsible and accountable for overall quality, safety and security of operations in the assigned area of work.
• Responsible for reporting to his supervisors’ occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.

Education Qualification & Experience:

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, or a university degree, would be preferred.
• Technical certification (Network, Server or cloud)
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in relevant field preferred.
