What you'll be doing

You'll own a key area of the product end to end - architecture decisions, REST API design, feature planning, and occasional customer calls. No PM layer. The CTO sets direction and you own everything from there.

They follow an RFC approach - significant decisions come with a proposal document and architecture diagram before a line of code is written.

On any given week you might be designing a message-driven architecture, pairing on a concurrency problem, and shipping something to production.

What they're looking for

• Thinks like a product owner, not a ticket executor
• Strong backend fundamentals - understands why systems fail, not just how to connect them
• Confident in Go or fast at picking it up from a strongly typed background
• Comfortable with ambiguity, context switching, and working directly with customers
• Startup experience preferred
