Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

We are hiring for Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Location : Hybrid & 2-3 days in London OR Glasgow Office

• Coach product owners to transition from project-based thinking to a customer-centric product mindset, focusing on cardholder journey mapping, rewards integration, and seamless digital wallet experiences.
• Lead end-to-end SAFe implementation within the Cards domain, aligning Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across credit/debit issuing, merchant acquiring, and core payment processing platforms.
• Ensure team deliveries consistently meet stringent banking regulations, PCI-DSS standards, and internal risk controls
• Improve delivery predictability for high-volume payment systems
• Drive data-led decision-making in governance forums using WSJF and OKRs to balance technical debt in core banking systems with high-value commercial card initiatives

Key Skills : ISO 20022 or PCI-DSS / Risk, Control, and Compliance / GDPR, PSD2 / Scaled Agile Framework / Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
