Mandatory Skills: overall 10+ years experience with strong experience in Android Development, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose (Mandatory)

JD:

• Deep expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development, delivering scalable, production-grade mobile platforms
• Proven ownership of Android architecture (MVVM/MVI/Clean), driving modularisation and long-term maintainability
• Demonstrated impact leading technical direction across teams or domains, beyond a single squad
• Strong system design expertise across mobile and backend systems, making sound trade-offs for scale, performance, and security
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery (design → build → release → operate), including CI/CD and Play Store
• Strong focus on performance, reliability, and observability in production environments
• Security-first mindset, especially in regulated or high-risk domains
• Track record of mentoring engineers and uplifting engineering standards across the organisation
• Interest in backend systems and distributed architectures, with ability to collaborate effectively across the stack
