The What

Are you a passionate and experienced product manager ready to take on a leading role in shaping innovative cybersecurity solutions? Hoxhunt is on a mission to revolutionize security awareness by empowering employees and organizations to combat cyber threats. We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background and recent experience working with B2B SaaS products to join our growing team and help us create exceptional solutions for our customers worldwide.

You would be responsible for the product serving Security Operation professionals. The product helps SOC-teams to detect threats and respond to them faster while operating in more efficient manner.

Hoxhunt is a fast growing product company and the product managers play a pivotal role in the growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the development and future of the product. More concretely, you will:

• Manage the product
• Work closely with development team with engineering and design resources to build, iterate and ship the product. You are also contributing to keep the team well engaged and motivated to do the mission.
• Communicate internally with the whole organisation and externally with customers and prospects about this high bet product
• Drive the Go-To-Market strategy in partnership with our commercial team. You understand the business outcome the product needs to drive and take ownership of them
• Be a trusted partner for commercial organization, helping with pre-sales and product's retention.
  
  

The salary band for the role is, depending the candidate's merits and previous experience, 6300 - 6800€ / month.

The Who

We are looking for someone with:

• A strong background and recent experience working with B2B SaaS products, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Prior experience or personal interest in cyber security is a plus but not a hard requirement.
• Readiness to work in a complex environment, where you need to probe, sense and learn in quick iteration
• Excellent people skills to rally different internal stakeholder groups (sales, sales enablement, product marketing, customer success, account management)
• Proactive and curious mindset, especially towards cybersecurity. This is the most cybersecurity intense product we have
• Robust experience in customer and prospect communication. You will be on prospect- and customer calls.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent written and oral in English skills
  
  

This role is based out of Helsinki and we hope you have the ability to visit our Ruoholahti office weekly. The salary range for this role is 6300-6800€, some room for negotiation depending on your experience.

The How

Our recruitment process is as follows:

• Meeting with our talent acquisition (30min remote)
• Meeting with your future manager (45min remote)
• Live assignment & panel interview (max 90min onsite)
• CTO interview (max 60min remote)
  
  

Additionally, there will be a short and more casual catch-up with the development team you'd be working on along the recruitment process. We will also check two references as part of our hiring quality process.
