GDPR Specialist (f/m/d)

Raiffeisen Digital Bank AG offers mobile only Retail banking business, starting with personal loan products, broadening to include daily banking products in Poland. We are simultaneously a compact start-up, and part of a large & reputable banking group.

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Operations team in Vienna in this critical role as

GDPR Expert (f/m/d)

Vienna, full time (38,5 h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and document GDPR compliance procedures and instructions within the Operations team
• Manage and oversee GDPR-related inquiries from customers
• Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to create and approve response templates for each country
• Streamline processes to minimize delays and accommodate an increasing volume of inquiries
• Maintain GDPR systems and generate regular compliance reports

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of GDPR regulations and data protection best practices
• Fluent English is a prerequisite, Polish and German with minimum B1 level as well
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
