Role Summary

We are looking for someone who can own EDS as a product, ensuring its strategic alignment, governance, and effective stakeholder management across the organization. This role goes beyond UX design and focuses on product oversight, decision-making frameworks, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage EDS as a product (vision, roadmap, adoption)
• Establish and maintain governance structures (processes, standards, decision frameworks)
• Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders (business, tech, design, leadership)
• Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability of EDS
• Act as the central point of accountability for EDS-related initiatives
• Monitor usage, feedback, and performance to guide improvements

Required Profile

• Strong experience in product management or product ownership
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at different levels
• Experience setting up governance models and processes
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operationalize
• Familiarity with design systems or enterprise platforms (nice to have, not core UX execution)

Important Clarification

This is not a pure UX design role. Hands-on design skills are optional; leadership, coordination, and governance are the priority.
