Product Manager

Stiltsoft is a product-led company building apps for Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket. Our products are used every day by over 15,000 organizations worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our B2B SaaS product Awesome Graphs.

Awesome Graphs is a top reporting and data visualization tool for Bitbucket.

It helps engineering teams analyze Git activity - such as commits and pull requests - and turn it into actionable charts and reports. The product is used by 1000+ companies worldwide, including Samsung, Boeing, Lenovo, and Apple.

The product is available in both Data Center and Cloud versions.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a strong focus on product discovery. You will own a product area end to end: from understanding customer problems and validating hypotheses to working with the team on delivery and measuring impact.

You will work across two product contexts: a mature Data Center product focused on retention and value growth, and Cloud where we are actively exploring opportunities and product-market fit.

What you will do

• Build a structured and ongoing customer feedback process to reduce churn and improve onboarding
• Run discovery: problem validation, customer interviews, market research, hypothesis testing
• Drive delivery from mockups to launch
• Analyze usage, funnel, retention, customer feedback, and experiment results
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
• Contribute to product planning and strategy
• Collaborate closely with the Product Lead, Engineers, and Marketing
• Work with customer support cases
• Join customer-facing activities such as demos, webinars, product discussions

Who you are

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning a product, module, or major product feature end-to-end
• Strong discovery mindset: customer research, insights, hypothesis-driven development
• Analytical thinking and ability to define success metrics and use them in decision-making
• Enough technical understanding to work on a product built for engineering teams
• Prefer hands-on product work over pure coordination
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner
• Fluent in English and Russian
