About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Security Engineer to secure AI systems, models, and data pipelines across modern cloud environments.

You’ll focus on protecting machine learning systems from evolving threats — including model vulnerabilities, data exposure, and adversarial attacks — while ensuring secure deployment and operation of AI at scale.

This role is ideal for engineers who combine cybersecurity expertise with an understanding of AI/ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls for AI/ML systems and data pipelines
• Secure model training, deployment, and inference environments
• Manage identity and access (IAM) for AI infrastructure
• Identify and mitigate adversarial threats and model vulnerabilities
• Integrate security practices into MLOps and CI/CD workflows
• Monitor systems and respond to security incidents affecting AI systems
• Collaborate with AI, data, and platform teams to ensure secure architecture

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security engineering
• Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with IAM, encryption, and secure system design
• Familiarity with machine learning systems and data pipelines
• Experience with security monitoring tools and threat detection

Nice to Have

• Experience with adversarial machine learning or AI security research
• Knowledge of model security risks (data poisoning, model inversion, prompt injection)
• Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, AI Act)
