What will you do?

• Pick the right tools and architecture for each client — LLM providers, orchestration, observability, deployment, whatever the project needs
• Design and build AI solutions: agentic workflows, integrations, and custom software when off-the-shelf doesn’t cut it
• Work directly with clients to shape the approach and deliver things that actually matter
• Own what you build — from first commit to production
• Keep security in mind from the start
• Stay current — this space moves fast and that’s part of the job
• You’ll likely work with: Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Docker, GCP (primarily), Anthropic/OpenAI/Google, Langfuse, Databricks, BigQuery, Airflow, n8n, MCP

What is needed for this position?

• Proven software background — startup, scale-up, or otherwise. You’ve built and shipped real things with track record
• Solutions-oriented — you evaluate options, pick the right tools, and make them work together
• Hands-on LLM experience — an agent, workflow, or integration. Good news: side projects count as well.
• Already using agentic tools like Claude Code as part of how you work
• Comfortable with deployment and infrastructure — you own what you build end to end
• Fast and resourceful — you figure things out and ship
• Client-facing capable — clear communicator, comfortable with non-technical stakeholders
• Based in the EU (required). Fluent English; Estonian is a HUGE plus.
• Bonus: experience with data pipelines or messy real-world datasets

What does the application process look like?

We try to keep things as fast and low-bureaucratic as possible, but there are still some steps:

2. We'll write back to you ASAP, usually within a week at most (unless we're flooded with applications - then it may take a little longer to swim out of the flood).
3. We have a few rounds: first, we'll do a technical interview with a test task, and then we have a vibe-check session with the larger team. We guard our team culture and want to give every new team member an honest and transparent view into our work life. You can ask as many questions as you like to see if our team is the right fit for you, and vice versa.
4. If all looks good, we'll sign a contract and onboard you. You'll have a dedicated work buddy to help ease the process.
