As a People Partner, you will be a versatile and proactive HR professional responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions. You will serve as a trusted partner to both employees and managers, playing a key role in shaping a great employee experience from day one.

About The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and documents in HiBob, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Assist in employee training and development initiatives, helping to identify learning needs and coordinate relevant programmes.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Support compensation and benefits administration.
- Help prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian labour law, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations and supporting managers through HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS is a plus.
