NOPE Creative

Project Manager & Team Lead

NOPE Creative
Estonia · Full-time · Mid-Senior

Who is NOPE?

We are passionate problem solvers who value great design, practicality, aesthetics, thoughtful user journeys, and, above all, good company. We call ourselves "nopsikud"—we’re fun and friendly, yet professional and forward-thinking.

Our offices in Tartu and Tallinn provide the perfect environment for focus and collaboration. We are flexible regarding working hours and location, but we place high importance on transparent communication, quality, hitting deadlines, and, of course, having a great time together! We share a space (and often projects) with one of Estonia’s best web development agencies, gotoAndPlay, together forming the PLAY & NOPE Alliance.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle design project management: Planning, budgeting, and risk management across multiple parallel creative processes.
  • Client relationship management: Serving as the strategic link between the team and the client—interpreting input, "translating" feedback into tasks, and supporting all parties in preventing risks.
  • Leading the team and their well-being: fostering a productive work culture through 1:1 meetings and feedback. You’ll keep an eye on the internal climate, maintain motivation, and spot and remove any obstacles in the way of creative work.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous work experience in the design field, with part of that spent leading a team or managing key accounts (preferably in an agency setting).
  • Excellent self-management skills and the ability to successfully juggle multiple topics at once.
  • Analytical and systemic thinking with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Proactivity, courage, and strong presentation skills.
  • You are a team player who is there for your colleagues and believes collaboration is the foundation of success. You have a genuine desire to contribute to people’s growth.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken) at a very high level.
  • Bonus points for: An interest in conducting performance reviews, knowledge of branding and web development principles, and experience with public sector projects.

What do we offer?

  • Routine-free work and exciting challenges with both private and public sector projects.
  • The opportunity to contribute to sustainable and meaningful solutions.
  • Flexibility—we trust you to manage your own time as long as the work is done and teamwork remains smooth.
  • A friendly and considerate atmosphere — good relationships are one of our greatest values!
  • Modern offices in Tartu and Tallinn (for the this role, we expect the primary location to be Tartu, where most of the team is based).
  • Paid health days and an extra week of vacation.
  • Health and active lifestyle benefits.
  • Professional training and plenty of growth opportunities.
  • Salary range: €3,000–€3,500 (gross).
  • Workload: Full-time.

How to apply? Briefly describe your previous experience, workflows, and principles regarding design project and/or team management. Send this along with your CV to [email protected].
