Java PHP Developer

Role: Application support Java+ PHP Developer

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Employment type: Full time Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Java and PHP-based applications.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
• Handle code debugging, patching, and minor enhancements in both Java and PHP applications.
• Work on incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Participate in on-call support and handle critical production issues.
• Maintain documentation for issues, fixes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
