Position : Java Support Engineer

Location : Helsinki, Finland(Hybrid)

Type : Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 production support for Java-based microservices applications.
• Delivery of application code, functional test automation code, unit test code, integration tests, and service virtualization.
• Configuration, customization and integration of application.
• Client interfacing and offshore coordination.
• Available to be on-call and support production issues.

Required

• Responsible for L2/L3 application support.

• Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases.

• Experience in Java and Spring.

• Familiar with HTML & JavaScript/jQuery, Groovy, XML, Ubuntu, MariaDB and MSSQL.

• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.

• Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on call support.

• Hands on L2/L3 operations and troubleshooting
