We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to join our clients team, working on large, complex projects. Ideally, you’ll have experience in sectors like Data Centers or mission critical facilities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing and challenging contractor and internal schedules
- Monitoring the master programme and tracking progress against it
- Identifying risks, delays, and impacts early, with clear reporting
- Assessing changes, variations, and extension of time (EOT) claims
- Integrating multiple workstreams into a single master schedule
- Analysing critical path and proposing mitigation plans
- Supporting tender and contract requirements related to scheduling
- Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders
- Working closely with site teams to validate and update program data
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ experience in planning/scheduling on complex construction projects (data center experience a plus)
- Strong Primavera P6 and EVM knowledge
- Experience managing large, integrated project schedules
- Confident working with contractors and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
