Senior Product Manager - Supply

We operate as a high performing real estate marketplace in France, supporting millions of users through life-changing decisions. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a key pillar of our product transformation.

This isn't a role for a "feature requester." We are looking for a strategic owner to help us rebuild our foundations and scale our marketplace to the next level.

Your Mission

• Strategy & Execution: Define the vision for your domain and deliver a roadmap that aligns with our commercial and user goals.
• Data-Driven Discovery: Use experimentation and user research to make informed trade-offs between seeker needs and agent requirements.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Work as a close-knit trio with Engineering and Design, while maintaining strong alignment with Data and Commercial teams.
• Modern Delivery: Leverage AI as a discovery accelerator and maintain high standards for product documentation and clarity.
• Raise the Bar: Continuously challenge our processes to ensure we are delivering the highest possible quality to our users.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management with a clear track record of senior-level ownership.
• Context: Previous experience in a Marketplace, SaaS, or high-scale platform environment is a significant advantage.
• Mindset: You are highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in environments with high expectations.
• Communication: You can navigate complex stakeholder relationships and translate technical constraints into business value.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in both French and English.
