Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

• • Develop scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React
  • Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end microservices and API-driven architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including back-end developers, architects, and product owners
  • Apply modern front-end frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Contribute to code quality, performance optimisation, and maintainability
  • Work within a cloud-based environment (Azure preferred)
  • Follow established CI/CD pipelines and SDLC practices (e.g. Git, Jenkins)

Skills Required

• • 5+ years' experience in front-end development
  • Strong expertise in React
  • Proven experience delivering scalable, enterprise-level applications
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices integration
  • Experience working within cloud environments (Azure preferred, others transferable)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g. Git, Jenkins)
  • Experience working within Financial Services environments

Desirable

• • Experience with legacy system modernisation programmes
  • Exposure to wealth management or retail banking platforms
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimisation
