🕒 12‑Month Contract | 40 hours per week

💶 €193 per day (PAYE)

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join a fast‑paced organisation on a 12‑month contract. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience and a solid understanding of Irish Employment Law.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters in line with Irish Employment Law

• Assist with core HR activities including performance, career management, and compensation

• Analyse HR data and prepare reports

• Support HR projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams

• Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Operate confidently in a fast‑changing environment

✅ Key Requirements

• Previous HR experience in a fast‑paced organisation

• Strong employee relations experience

• Good understanding of Irish Employment Law

• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisation, negotiation, and conflict management skills

• Team player with a collaborative and adaptable approach

• Commercially aware

• Workday experience is an advantage
