Machine Learning Engineer

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Machine Learning Engineer to lead our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires someone with a balance of analytical skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. The Machine Learning Engineer will be instrumental in designing and implementing data strategies that enhance business growth, optimize operations, and foster an inclusive environment of innovation.

• Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to dissect complex problems and provide actionable insights in a timely manner.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience developing and executing strategies that are both long-term and adaptable to changing business landscapes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening, empathy, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead with compassion and clarity, fostering a supportive team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives.

Your Skills and Experience

• Design, develop and implement both cutting-edge and well-established machine learning methods for content analysis, data retrieval, content classification, and others with a focus on NLP and LLM-related applications
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation method
• Ability to write robust code in Python, Java and R
• Excellent communication skills
• you will need to be fluent in German language (C1 level)
