What you’ll do

• Participates in product initiatives of progressively expanding scope as experience grows, contributing to their definition and evolution
• Conducts market analysis and research on customer and prospect needs
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Solution Center, Customer Success) throughout the product lifecycle
• Actively participates in the software development process, contributing to the definition, validation, and release of features
• Supports go-to-market activities and product positioning
• Clearly define and document product requirements, ensuring compliance with business objectives. Work closely with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and specifications.
• Ensure constant satisfaction of product roadmap objectives. Cooperate with the Engineering team to prioritize and manage product backlogs by challenging their assumptions in a constructive manner to push for excellence and efficiency.

What you’ll need

• 1-3 years in PM role (if not a PM, at least a Product Manager mentality)
• Experience with mobile products
• Experience working with development teams
• Excellent communication skills to interview and interact with customers
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (B2)
• Mothertongue or Fluency in Italian (C1)
• Teamwork approach

Nice to have skills

• Passion for and/or work experience in the tech industry
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Miro
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
• Experience in delivering B2B SaaS products
