We are looking for a Team Lead of Key Account Managers to lead and rebuild our FinTech client management function. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing strategic relationships with top-tier FinTech clients while building scalable processes, ensuring regulatory and banking compliance, and driving innovation and growth.
This role requires a strong background in banking client management (private or corporate banking) combined with deep understanding of the FinTech, EMI, and crypto ecosystem.
You will personally manage relationships with C-level stakeholders at key clients, lead and develop a high-performing team, and act as a bridge between clients, compliance, operations, and product.
👀 What We Expect From You
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of FinTech and EMI business models, with a solid understanding of crypto and digital assets
- Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in Latvian and English; knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present structured solutions, a results‑driven mindset, and a high sense of responsibility
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo, test new ideas, and drive meaningful change
💼 What You Will Be Responsible For
- Building and developing long‑term relationships with high‑value FinTech clients (EMIs, PSPs, Crypto companies, etc.)
- Leading and developing the existing team, setting quality standards and KPIs, regularly reviewing performance, and supporting professional growth
- Supporting upselling and cross‑selling initiatives, contributing to the development of new FinTech solutions and offerings
- Ensuring structured, high‑quality client feedback loops with product development and management teams
- Promoting strategic client business development in line with regulatory requirements, while adhering to sound risk management principles
- Optimizing operational and governance processes, identifying growth opportunities, and improving efficiency and service quality
