Senior Python developer

We are looking for a Senior Python (Django) Developer to contribute to the development of a growing offensive cybersecurity platform that connects companies with top pentesters and enables bug bounty programs. The mission: build a reliable marketplace for ethical hacking and security testing. This is an opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact system where you will take real ownership and help scale the product.

YOU WILL:

Write clean, testable, and efficient Python/Django code.
Work in a small, experienced team where ownership and accountability are expected.
Take the lead on technical decisions and system architecture.
Analyze, understand, and improve existing system workflows and structure.
Own and evolve core features like bug bounty submissions, report pipelines, and payout logic.
Evaluate and integrate AI-based solutions (report triage, automation).
Review code and help raise engineering standards.
Ensure high standards for security, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with the team to deliver scalable solutions.

What We Expect You Will Bring

5+ years of experience with Python and Django.
Strong experience building and scaling production systems.
Solid understanding of APIs, PostgreSQL, and background processing (e.g., Celery).
Experience working with Docker and modern development workflows.
Ability to debug complex issues across backend, database, and async systems.
Experience integrating or working with AI/LLMs in production is a strong plus.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 3500 – 4500 Eur. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
