We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Vilnius or in Kaunas.
In this role, we are looking for a person who is not just passionate about people, but also about simplifying how work gets done. Someone who questions processes, leverages AI and automation, and actively looks for smarter ways to support our teams.

About The Role
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Vilnius or in Kaunas.
In this role, we are looking for a person who is not just passionate about people, but also about simplifying how work gets done. Someone who questions processes, leverages AI and automation, and actively looks for smarter ways to support our teams.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure smooth and transparent employee experience across all touchpoints
- Maintain accurate and reliable People data and documentation
- Support manager and employees with practical, solution-oriented guidance
- Challenge existing ways of working and propose better alternatives
- Streamline and improve People Operations processes (onboarding, employee lifecycle, data management)
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and friction
- Ability to analyze processes and improve them
- Experience and/or strong interest in AI tools, automation, or “vibe coding” to simplify workflows
- Strong ownership mindset – you see problems and act on them
- Comfortable working with data and systems (HRIS or similar environments)
- Clear communication and a practical, no-nonsense approach to problem-solving
- Ability to learn fast, test ideas, and turn insights into action
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
- Take ownership and improve things without waiting to be asked
- Challenge ideas (including ours) and suggest simpler solutions
- Look for ways to automate, streamline, and remove friction
- Learn quickly and are not afraid to experiment
- Raise the bar for themselves and those around them
