With our rapid expansion in Lithuania, we are looking for a dedicated Enterprise IT Engineer to join our ambitious team in Vilnius or Klaipėda.

About the Role

As an Enterprise IT Engineer at PAYSTRAX, you will own and evolve the company’s enterprise IT environment. From identity and access management to endpoint security, cloud services, and vendor coordination, you will ensure our growing team has reliable, secure, and well-automated infrastructure. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic thinking, and we actively encourage using AI tools and modern automation to streamline operations and push boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees via ticketing system, resolving hardware, software, and access issues.
• Analyze system logs and monitoring data to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues.
• Support internal teams with system integrations, configuration changes, and onboarding of new tools.
• Manage enterprise identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Oversee endpoint management, device configuration, and IT asset lifecycle across the organization.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve IT workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers, track SLAs, and manage software licensing.
• Document troubleshooting steps, processes, and resolutions.
• Contribute to IT security practices, compliance audits, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
• Ability to analyze and interpret logs.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP/S).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, cURL, SQL, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with network diagnostics and troubleshooting tools.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of payment processing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
