We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager (Project Engineer) to act as the key link between our Product divisions and Engineering teams. In this role, you will take ownership of product development requests and ensure their successful delivery by coordinating cross-functional engineering resources.

You will be responsible for driving execution from initial request through to final delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, aligned with priorities, and meet quality expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for Product divisions on engineering-related initiatives.
  • Take ownership of incoming product development requests and translate them into actionable engineering requirements and plans.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple engineering teams (e.g., software, hardware, mechanical, electronics, quality assurance).
  • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Drive project execution end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve them.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements before handover back to Product teams.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and cross-team collaboration.


What You Bring:

  • Background in engineering (software, electronics, mechanical, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in engineering project management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (software and/or hardware).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in resource planning and project prioritization.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with multiple product lines or complex systems.

  • Salary ranges from 4500 Eur (gross) to 6500 Eur (gross). The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
