Senior Sales project manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Sales professional to lead high-value B2B sales initiatives and expand our presence within the fintech, banking, and payments sectors. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle — from proactive outbound prospecting and cold outreach to engaging C-level executives and closing complex deals.

What you'll do:

• Actively drive enterprise-level sales with large clients
• Conduct cold outreach, initiate conversations, and build new partnerships
• Lead meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Manage complex sales cycles from first contact to deal closure
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure deals progress quickly and smoothly
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in B2B / enterprise sales
• 3+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or payments sectors
• Confidence working with cold outreach and senior-level stakeholders
• Solid project and process management skills
• Charisma and “influencer effect” — ability to persuade, inspire, and close deals
• A proactive mindset: going to market directly rather than waiting for inbound leads
• A strategic yet highly hands-on approach
  
  

Salary: 4000-5000 Eur gross/monthly. Plus bonuses
