Senior Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design of new processes, change management, and digital solutions.
• Proven expertise in the development of Target Operating Models (TOM) for payment processes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multi-entity technology and process transformation projects within complex environments.
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive change management and stakeholder management strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence without direct hierarchical authority.
• Proven capability to manage conflicting views and foster alignment through constructive dialogue and collaboration.
• Possession of a valid European nationality or a valid work permit for Luxembourg.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and an understanding of AP-related processes and business impacts (Desirable).
• Recognised project management certification, ideally in Agile (Desirable).
• Good understanding of operational risk considerations in process transformation (Desirable).
• Language(s): English (fluent)

Job description:

• Design and develop a new Target Operating Model (TOM) for non-EU External Office payments, ensuring alignment with standard business processes.
• Identify and analyse process gaps and propose strategic solutions in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver a change management communication plan for all impacted stakeholders in line with the newly designed TOM.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to facilitate readiness regarding new processes, functionalities, and systems.
• Support business change management through the development of impact assessments and the preparation of communication materials.
• Coordinate training requirements and operational updates to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
• Prepare updates for existing operational procedures and controls, and develop new ones where necessary.
• Deliver training sessions on system, process, or procedural changes impacting relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate the Go-live and implementation phases, acting as the primary point of contact for incidents related to project implementation.
