Senior Project / Program Manager (Contract)

A large international organization is currently launching a major workplace transformation initiative focused on improving and evolving internal co-worker spaces.

The program is in its early initiation phase and is being led from an Experience Design perspective in collaboration with multiple business functions.

To support the next stage of the initiative, the organization is looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to bring structure, planning, and governance to the program.

Role Overview

The consultant will be responsible for helping define, structure, and manage the program in line with project management best practices.

The focus of the role will be on planning, coordination, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the initiative progresses effectively across teams.

(Budget ownership is not within the scope of this role.)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine project scope
• Manage and align stakeholders across multiple teams
• Drive clear communication and program updates
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
• Provide structured reporting and progress tracking
• Manage dependencies across teams and initiatives

Requirements

• Senior-level project or program management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience with planning, reporting, and delivery oversight
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, proactively shaping direction when requirements are still evolving
• Project management certification preferred (eg PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent)

Hybrid working in the Randstad

4 month contract - intention is to extend

This is an interim payroll contract (No ZZP)

€80-90 per hour or €100-110k gross p.a
