Agile IT Transformation - Senior Principal Consultant (m/f/d)

As an Agile IT Transformation Principal Consultant, you’ll join a consultancy integrated with a top-tier global IT organization. This is a permanent, full-time role—freelancers cannot be considered. Applicants must bring substantial consulting experience to succeed in this position.

Your Impact

• Spearhead agile transformation initiatives at both enterprise and team levels.
• Coach clients on Agile frameworks such as SAFe, DAD, and LeSS, as well as Lean Portfolio Management.
• Build trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Mentor internal teams and help expand client projects with a revenue target of €2.5 million.
• Shape the future of consulting by developing and sharing thought leadership, methodologies, and tools.

What You Bring

• 12+ years of proven experience in Agile transformation and delivery, ideally in an IT consulting environment.
• Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist) are essential.
• Strong track record of coaching senior leaders and successfully expanding client engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development, including proposal creation and revenue generation.
• Fluency in German and English is a must; willingness to travel as required.
