Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a AI Engineer for this project!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for AI-driven solutions
• Design and develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs
• Evaluate PoCs based on accuracy, scalability, and computational efficiency
• Iterate on solutions with stakeholders and evolve PoCs into production-ready MVPs
• Optimize, fine-tune, and validate AI models to ensure performance, reliability, and business alignment

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LangChain)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with experience in data libraries (NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark – plus)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
