Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective)
• Foster a transparent and collaborative team environment
• Support the team as a servant leader
• Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices
• Align with Product Owner and stakeholders on priorities
• Manage risks and remove impediments
• Promote Agile best practices across the team and organization
• Report on key metrics (velocity, progress, delivery)

Profile:

• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Solid knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Technical understanding of SDLC, development, or cloud (nice to have)

Location: Lisbon

Experience: 6+ years

Offer: €1400–€2000 base salary + meal allowance + flex benefits + additional perks
