Expertise:

☒ -1. Entry Level - Studies in Electrical engineering, electronics os a comparable field alyternatively a qualification as estate-certified eletrical engineer.

☒ -4. Senior Level - Several years of experience as Scrum Master in complex, scaled environments

☒ -4. Senior Level - Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum; SAFe or similar is a plus)

☒ -4. Senior Level - Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously and in international and distributed team setups

☒ -5. Lead Level - Excellent English skills – German as a plus.

☒ -5. Lead Level - Structured and Service oriented delivery.

☒ -5. Lead Level - Excellent communication skills.
