🚀 We’re Hiring: Data & Performance Analyst

Who We're Looking For:

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of data, finance, and business, driving performance monitoring and supporting strategic decision-making.

✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI or similar) to track business performance
• Analyze revenue trends and key performance indicators
• Perform variance analysis (forecast vs actual) and identify anomalies
• Combine data from multiple sources (finance, operational systems, data platforms)
• Deliver insights to support business and financial decisions
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, and Operations teams
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows

✅ SoftSkills:

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics or BI roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Solid understanding of KPIs, performance tracking, and data analysis
• Experience working with financial or revenue-related data
• Ability to translate data into clear, business-oriented insights
• Experience with tools like Dataiku or Alteryx is a plus
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools is a bonus
