Field based Product Manager Oncology / Hematology

We are expanding our Slovenian operations team and looking for an experienced result driven pharma professional to join us on the position of Field Product Manager – Oncology/Hematology

Your role

You will be involved in creation and execution of brand strategy on the Slovenian territory and contribute to further success and growth of Swixx Biopharma in Slovenia. You will build & execute different sales and marketing projects, closely cooperate with healthcare professionals and implement & monitor marketing programs and activities.

Customer focus

• Execute regular communication with key customers, build customer loyalty and partnership
• Understand and analyze customer and patient experience journey & link it with strategy
• Promote of product/s within the territory in line with account visit plans

Marketing excellence

• Develop, execute brand plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team
• Develop promotional and non-promotional material and programs in line with brand plan
• Support digital initiatives, customer solution projects, communication plans
• Support and contribute to new product launch excellence projects for future preparation

Business operation

• Manage budgets and continuously evaluate and optimize brand performance
• Perform regular portfolio analysis

Essential Requirements

Education

• University degree - medicine or life science (dental medicine, veterinary, pharmacy) 

Experience & knowledge

• At least 3 years’ experience similar position in pharma industry, preferably in multinational company
• Experience in field of Oncology/Hematology is a plus
• Proven ability to understand, assimilate and communicate scientific information and Health Economic data/insights
• Knowledge of Slovenian pharmaceutical market and customer knowledge

• A valid driving license - B category
