The Games Operations Specialist plays a central role in managing the games release roadmap and ensuring seamless delivery across all markets. This role is connecting technical, marketing, and commercial teams, ensuring that every game launch is executed on time and meets regulatory requirements. You’ll be working at the heart of Bragg’s content strategy, helping bring new games to market efficiently while maximising their reach and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to work across global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where precision, coordination, and communication are key.

This is a hybrid role based at our office in Slovenia or remote from Malta.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end game release roadmap, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across markets
  • Track certification progress and coordinate with compliance and delivery teams to resolve blockers
  • Maintain clear visibility of pipeline status, launch dates, and roadmap updates
  • Collaborate with marketing to align communications, assets, and launch planning
  • Ensure regional and account teams have access to accurate launch information and materials
  • Monitor game performance (e.g. RTP, engagement, revenue) and support optimisation of game placement and promotion
  • Analyse game uptake and identify opportunities to increase distribution and upsell content across operators
  • Support account and regional managers with insights, portfolio planning, and commercial opportunities
  • Maintain content tracking tools, including roadmap plans and content matrices
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, performance gaps, and opportunities across the delivery and post-launch lifecycle

What You Bring To The Team

  • Experience in operations, project coordination, or delivery, ideally within iGaming or a regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience working with planning or project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track performance
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted solutions, to enhance workflow efficiency and decision making

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with game certification processes and regulatory requirements (e.g. UKGC, MGA)
  • Experience working with third-party providers or aggregators
  • Experience analysing game performance, player behaviour, or campaign impact
  • Understanding of game configuration elements such as RTP, bet models, and gameplay mechanics
