We are now looking for a Product Manager who thrives on taking ambitious, ambiguous problems from discovery to launch; someone with strong product sense, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of driving alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship products customers love.
 
You will own a core area of our AI platform end to end: discovering user and customer problems, shaping the strategy and roadmap, defining the solution with your cross-functional team, and following through all the way to adoption and measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with engineering, UX, data science, and customer-facing teams, and be the person the organization looks to for clarity and momentum on your area.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management including: ideally shipping AI/ML or data-heavy products (B2B, enterprise SaaS or data-heavy products a plus).
• Strong product sense: you can turn fuzzy customer problems into crisp opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and articulate the “why” behind every decision.
• Proven cross-functional leadership: you have worked closely with engineering, UX/design and customer teams, and you know how to earn trust.
• Drive and end-to-end ownership: you have taken projects from discovery, through delivery, to launch and iteration, and know how to keep things moving when priorities collide.
• Data-informed decision making: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and running lightweight experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Languages: Fluent in English, proficiency in German and French are a plus
• Communication: Strong communicator with ability to work with technical and business stakeholders, and to communicate clearly when navigating ambiguity 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics
• Nice to have experience/ skills: experience in banking, wealth management, asset management, insurance, or another regulated financial services environment, or working on products used by financial institutions. Strong PMs from adjacent domains are very welcome — we care about product craft first.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle of your area: from problem discovery, strategy, and roadmap to specification, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering, UX, data, and GTM to deliver thoughtful, high-quality products that solve real customer problems.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders (leadership, customers, internal teams) on priorities, trade-offs, and success metrics.
• Talk to users and customers regularly - financial institutions, internal power users, design partners - to build deep empathy and validate direction.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear specs, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes for your team.
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, efficiency gains, business impact) and iterate based on what the data and users tell you.
• Champion quality, security, and trust - non-negotiables when building AI products for regulated financial institutions.
