Product Designer

We fundamentally improve maintenance of key infrastructure assets by combining sensor data with intelligent algorithms. We are looking for a Product Designer UI/UX and who can operate at the intersection of UX, UI, and frontend engineering. You will work closely with the company leadership and directly influence product direction from day one.

What you will do:

• Introduce and own the end-to-end product design process: from user problem discovery to shipped UI
• Own user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and a scalable Figma component library built from scratch
• Design and build interactive prototypes using HTML + Tailwind CSS, enabling fast validation with engineers
• Collaborate tightly with frontend engineers (Angular-based) to ensure design intent is preserved in production
• Review shipped UI and continuously close the gap between design intent and real implementation
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, usable user flows
• Help define how we think about UX in a data-heavy, engineering-driven product environment

What you will bring:

• Strong experience in Figma (advanced level): components, auto-layout, variables, design systems
• Proven ability to design and ship end-to-end product experiences (portfolio required)
• Solid understanding of component-based UI architecture
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams using React or Angular concepts (Angular preferred)
• Ability to prototype in HTML + Tailwind CSS (or very strong HTML/CSS equivalent skills)
• Experience working in product teams where you own UX from idea to production

Nice to have

• Experience working in or alongside Angular-based frontend teams
• Understanding of design systems in production-scale applications
• Experience with product analytics / validation tools (e.g. Maze, Hotjar, PostHog)
• Comfort working with Jira and writing clear user stories
• Experience in data-heavy or technical domains (B2B SaaS, engineering tools, dashboards, etc.)
