Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious global investment management firm to recruit an HR Specialist for its Geneva office.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a highly sophisticated, international organisation operating within a technology‑driven, data‑focused environment, supporting employee populations across multiple international locations.


The Opportunity:


Based in Geneva, the HR Specialist will join a collaborative global HR team and report directly to the HR Manager located in Geneva. The role will provide operational HR support to employees across Switzerland, France, Poland, and Tunisia, acting as a key point of contact and helping deliver a high‑quality employee experience.


This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys HR operations, employee interaction, and process ownership within a fast‑paced, professional services environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees across Switzerland, France, Poland, and Tunisia
  • Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, including:
  • Welcome communications
  • Collection of personal and employment details
  • Coordination of system and account setup
  • Continuous improvement of onboarding processes and efficiencies
  • Conduct employee inductions and ensure effective onboarding experiences
  • Support immigration and right‑to‑work processes, working closely with external immigration counsel to coordinate visa applications, track progress, and review documentation
  • Support the intern programme, including coordination and reporting for sponsored interns
  • Act as a first‑line HR contact for employee queries and manage the HR EMEA inbox
  • Prepare HR documentation including reference requests, start‑date changes, contract variations, and confirmation letters
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across global regions
  • Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives as required


Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
  • Experience supporting international or multi‑country teams
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Solution‑focused mindset and ability to work independently
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Access beneficial)
  • Experience with Workday is advantageous but not essential
