Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of complex products, not just isolated features
Define, launch, and maintain scalable design systems
Transform complex data into clear, actionable user interfaces (data visualization)
Design and optimize digital sales flows to improve conversion and user experience
Clearly articulate problems, constraints, decisions, and outcomes throughout the design process
Actively contribute to product and design trade-offs and prioritization alongside product teams
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions
Translate competing requirements from different product areas into a unified, simple, and coherent user

Experience

Qualifications:

8–10+ years of experience in product design
Minimum 2+ years of owning complex products end-to-end
Strong portfolio showcasing web-based products launched into production (excluding marketing websites)
Proven experience working in high-complexity environments such as:
Fintech
SaaS platforms
Enterprise tools
Marketplaces
Strong background in handling complex systems and user flows
Demonstrated ability to balance business, technical, and user needs in design decisions
