• Led the end‑to‑end design of a complex web-based product in a high‑complexity Fintech environment. The project involved defining the product experience from early discovery through production launch, designing data‑heavy interfaces and optimized digital sales flows, and establishing a scalable design system to support long‑term growth. Worked cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and multiple stakeholders to balance competing requirements, make informed trade‑offs, and deliver a cohesive, intuitive user experience driven by clarity, consistency, and business outcomes.
• Responsibilities:
• Own complex web-based products end to end, from discovery and definition through launch and continuous iteration.
• Lead product design strategy in high‑complexity domains.
• Design and evolve a scalable design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable data visualizations that support user decision‑making.
• Design and optimize digital sales flows, improving conversion, clarity, and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to:

• Synthesize competing requirements across multiple product areas into a coherent, unified user experience.

• • 8–10+ years of experience in product design
• • At least 2+ years of end-to-end ownership of complex products, not just isolated features
• • Demonstrable portfolio of web products launched to production (not marketing websites)
• • Experience defining, launching, and maintaining a design system
• • Strong background in high-complexity environments such as:
