Las Funciones a Realizar Son
- Coordinar múltiples equipos de servicio, garantizando sinergias y cumplimiento de SLAs/KPIs.
- Supervisar presupuestos, calidad del servicio y planificación de recursos.
- Implementar herramientas de automatización y nuevos procesos operativos.
- Liderar planes de mejora de servicios (Service Improvement Programs)
- Definir e implementar guías de seguridad.
- Garantizar la adherencia a estándares ITIL (gestión de configuración, proveedores).
- Reportar métricas a clientes y equipos internos.
- Gestionar comunicaciones sobre disponibilidad y políticas de servicios TI.
